MEETINGS

Board Meetings

The AzAMFT Board meetings are open to anyone who wishes to attend.  Board meetings are held on the second Friday of odd numbered months from 9am-12pm at The Grace Inn in Phoenix (I-10 & Elliott) 2009 meeting dates include 1/9, 3/6, 5/8, 7/10, 9/11 and, 11/13. If you would like to attend an upcoming meeting, please contact our President, Steve LeGendre, a few days before the meeting. Breakfast is included.

If you are a Board member or Committee Chair and unable to attend a meeting, please send a representative on your behalf and/or send our President a brief written report. Attendance is crucial for achieving continuity and coordination, with many activities needing Board approval. 

Strategic Planning Meetings

Strategic Planning meetings are only open to the members of this committee. Meetings are held on the third Monday of even numbered months from 9am-12pm at The Grace Inn in Phoenix (I-10 & Elliott). 2009 meeting dates include 4/20, 6/15, 8/17, 10/19, and 12/21.
